Built For You - Dashboard and KPI's

The new dashboard provides key performance indicators (KPIs) and weekly trends to help you monitor and optimize your campaigns. This is designed to give you valuable insights into your marketing performance on a weekly basis, making it easier to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Gym Doc account.
  2. Tap on the Dashboard option in the navigation menu.

Step 2: Understanding the Data

  • The dashboard displays weekly KPIs for active campaigns. These include:
    • Lead Volume: Number of leads generated weekly.
    • Spend: Weekly ad spend.
    • Cost Per Click (CPC): The cost for each click on your ads.
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of people who clicked on your ads.
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL): The average cost for each lead generated.
  • Important Notes:
    • Data is updated daily.
    • Weekly KPIs reset every Sunday and track data through Saturday.

Step 3: Monitoring Weekly Trends

  • The Lead Volume Week-Over-Week Trends chart helps you:
    • Compare performance across weeks.
    • Track how campaigns are progressing since launch.
    • Identify weeks with higher or lower lead volumes.

Step 4: Weekly AI Summary

  1. The Weekly AI Summary provides actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.
  2. Key features of the summary include:
    • Campaign Overview: Displays total spend, CPL, and other KPIs.
    • Ad Recommendations:
      • Highlights underperforming ads.
      • Provides reasons for recommendations (e.g., low CTR, high CPC).
      • Suggests budget reallocation for better-performing ads.
  3. Use this summary to:
    • Pause ads with low performance.
    • Make adjustments based on AI recommendations.
    • Track how changes impact week-over-week performance.

Step 5: Submitting Ad Optimization Requests

  • As part of the Built-For-You Plan, you can submit ad optimization requests for additional support.
  • When to Submit a Request:
    • If week-over-week trends indicate a decline in performance.
    • If certain optimizations are unclear or require assistance.
  • How to Submit:
    • Use the dashboard’s recommendations as a guide.
    • Provide details about what you’d like optimized.

Step 6: DIY Optimizations

  • If you’ve reached your monthly request limit, use the Weekly AI Summary to guide your manual optimizations:
    • Pause underperforming ads.
    • Reallocate budgets as recommended.
    • Monitor weekly trends to ensure improvements.

Step 7: Tracking Results

  • The dashboard compares current week performance to the previous week.
  • Use this to:
    • Determine if optimizations are effective.
    • Identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Measure ROI improvements over time.

Key Takeaways

  • Regularly monitor the dashboard for updates.
  • Follow the Weekly AI Summary for actionable steps.
  • Submit ad optimization requests if needed or when trends show a decline.
  • Use the insights to make real-time adjustments and maximize ROI
